The short version. LifeAdmin AI Vault is a private, on-device document vault. Your documents, the text read from them, and everything the app understands about them stay on your device, or in your own private iCloud account if you turn sync on. We do not collect, see, transmit, sell, or share your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
This policy covers the LifeAdmin AI Vault app for iPhone and iPad (the "App"). It explains how the App handles information. Because the App is designed to keep your data on your device, there is very little to explain, but we want to be clear and complete.
None. The developer does not collect, receive, or store any personal information from you. The App has no account system, no sign-up, and no developer-operated servers. We cannot see your documents or anything derived from them.
To do its job, the App works with the following, all stored locally on your device:
This information is saved in the App's private on-device database and file storage. It is protected by your device's encryption and, if you enable it, by Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
If you turn on iCloud sync, your vault is stored in your own private iCloud database (CloudKit) so it can sync across your Apple devices. This data lives in your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access to it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Sync is off unless you choose to enable it, and you can turn it off at any time.
On supported devices, the App uses Apple Intelligence (the Foundation Models framework) to help summarize documents and answer your questions. This processing happens on your device. Your document content is not sent to the developer or to any third-party AI service. On devices without Apple Intelligence, the App uses built-in on-device rules instead, and works the same way. Content produced by the App is labeled as AI-generated and is provided to help you organize your documents. It is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or immigration advice.
We do not share, rent, or sell your information, because we do not have it. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in the App. There are no third-party network calls with your data.
You are in control. Documents and their details remain until you delete them. Deleting a document removes its file, its reminders, and any scheduled notifications from your device. You can export a full backup of your vault for your own records. Deleting the App removes its on-device data; if iCloud sync is on, you can also remove the data from your iCloud account through the Settings app.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It is a general-purpose productivity tool intended for personal and family document management under the account holder's control.
Your data is stored in the App's private container on your device and protected by the encryption iOS applies to it. You can add a further layer with the App's Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode lock, which locks the vault when the App moves to the background. The App does not add an encryption scheme of its own, and does not claim end-to-end encryption.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the App where appropriate.
